My fav is maacauda, 1 pound potatoes ( boiled and mashed ) 4oz parsley, 1 tbls butter, 6 large eggs, 2 onions sliced, salt and pepper to taste, fry onions and parsley let cool, comine all ingredients in a round pan cook in oven 450 for about 20 - 25 minutes, serve with fish
