Can one use a Tagine in a regular oven? If so, what should be the temperature? For chicken legs, how long would you leave it in?
If you use a tagine, you can basically just put all the ingredients in and start it cooking because the vapor and all with mix it together and all right?
NOTE: I am using a real earthenware Tagine from Morocco, not a new style one which can be heated at high temperatures.
Also, I was told not to use a Tagine on a gas flame because it could crack. I don't have a heat diffuser. That is why I want to just put it in the oven. That is fine right? Can you use a tagine in an oven?
Tagine are made to be put on fire only ( burning coal) or gas one,
