Heating chicken and then freezing it before it is fully cooked can be really dangerous. I suggest two things:
Either cook what your are going to eat at that meal or fully cook the meal and freeze it that way.Chef's/Cooks: Freezing meat, can you help?
I would recommend you completely cook it.
