Anyone got a recipe for a lamb tagine which requires only a few ingredients?

What suitable side dishes can go with this meal?

Making it for 2 people :)Anyone got a recipe for a lamb tagine which requires only a few ingredients?
well with a tender meat like lamb, may I suggest rosemary french fries, butternut squash with brown sugar and butter, and a light toast (think toasted pita) with a raspberry jam or marmalade. I'm sure this will make your dinner a smashing success. Also, being as you're dinner is more a sorbetial feast, I'd recommend a light wine (heavy wine and lamb make a gassy bedtime!). From experience, I'd say either a Flavonnaire '72 Rich, or Condussuit Shoraire, both imported from France. Tall crystal flutes give the wine the most "swimming room", and preserve its flavor best. Also, the yeast in such are natural aphropdisiacs :) :) :) :) :) :) :):):):0 :0 :0 :0 :o :O :):):)
