I want to get into vegetarian cooking with clay pots. I dont eat tofu or soy or tempeh or any other marketing gimmick, so I'll be cooking real food only.
Anyway, So far I've found:
cazuela pot
yunnan pot
tagine pot
singapore clay pot
clay bean pot
I don't know if any of them can be used for good vegetarian meals, and im on the lookout for other types of pots as well. anyone know if these pots would be any good to buy? or if its even worth tracking them all down?Best clay pots for vegetarians?
Any clay bean pot will do, for beans, but you want to cook in iron pans since the iron leaches into the food giving you extra iron.
wait what are you gonna like eat them or something? are veggies doing that now?Best clay pots for vegetarians?
Tagine and Clay Bean pots are ideal!
You won't find many clay pot experts on yahoo, we're all ignorant barbarians. However that sounds like a great idea :) I'm now going to google to research clay pots because you've got me interested in them.
