Do you ever serve your tagine with French fries on top?

When in Morocco they always serve ''chips'' with Tagine. "Mom" knows I love 'em so she makes an extra batch just for me when I go over there.

My sweetie loves it like that. He loves french fries anyway and would eat them all the time. We had a little sandwich shop across the street from us and just about every time he went to buy food he would stop and get some. It was the first time I ever saw someone dip their fries in mayonaisse.
