not really looking to lose weight. am 129 pounds and a little over 5-5.

95g mini eggs chocolates
snack
coffee light frappucino
a pear
dinner
maroocccan tagine/ soup and humus and carrot sandwich/ baked potato ,tuna and veg
or if i go out
small healthy pizza and salad
sushi
....
snack
frozen fat free organic yogurt
bag of popcorn
2-3 times a week i go for a twenty minute run and on some days i do 50-100 sit ups and some squats. i walk a bitIs this diet really awful?

sounds quite well balance to me
wish i could stick to a diet like that lol
