Kefta Tagine...do you....?

For your Kefta Mkaouara Tagine do you like to



A) Leave out the eggs.

B) Poach the eggs in the sauce.

C) Break the yolk of the egg so you cook it but don't poach it.

D) Do number three and leave it so long it gets all dried up and ugly looking.



I prefer to B but my husband likes C so I have to do half the tagine one way and the other half his way. lol



I know somebody that does D so I just through that in for fun.Kefta Tagine...do you....?

The yolks are medium cooked.



My meatball and egg tagine is perfect everytime mashaAllah.....:))) lol

We just had it 3 days ago.Kefta Tagine...do you....?
I must admit that this is one of my favorite dishes - besides my mil's chicken tajine with lemon!



It depends - usually we do B -- but if we are pressed for time, we do C.



I prefer B - but do not like my yolks clucking - ie the whites should not be gooey!



As for D - I never do D, intentionally!!
i like the a b c d and if there is a z i ll like it too , coz i like the tagine , all forms of tagine , thanx my dear fez plzz can u wrte me an email to get connected with u , coz i really like u , by the way i m moroccan girl
I do B. The way to get the yolks to cook is to put a lid on, but it's nice if the yolks are still a bit soft.
