I love so many ethnic foods. I think right now imy favorite is Indian Food. Tandoori Chicken is so yummy.What is your favorite kind of food (Chinese, Thai...) and what dish?
Mine is Indian, Chiken Korma, Mushroom Rice and cheese Nan! Not very unusal but very yummy!
Greek--mediterannean chicken kabobs and gyros

Southwest type foods. My fav is pork green chile - tender meat, wonderful poblano chilies......yum!
