After a freezing cold day hard day at work, which of these would you fancy for tea?

1. A beautiful rich homemade steak and ale pie, using Award winning Aberdeen angus black steak, fresh onions and maybe a button mushroom or two, in a rich gravy made with real ale, topped off with a golden puff pastry lid

2. A medium strength chicken curry made with freshly ground spices, juicy tomatoes, onions, fresh ginger, coriander and garlic, served with naan bread and Pilau rice.

3. Tenderloin of pork wrapped in smoked bacon rashers and fresh sage leaves, served with a creamy calvados (apple brandy) sauce.

4. Moroccan style Lamb tagine, with fresh warm spices and apricots, served with herby cous-cous.

Everything would be homemade, numbers 1 and 3 served with crispy roast potatoes, fresh carrots and garden peas.

Chocolate caramel pudding for pud, a rich chocolate sponge, with a liquid caramel centre, served with smooth velvety custard. After a freezing cold day hard day at work, which of these would you fancy for tea?
