Have i eaten terribly ? i dont want to gain weight?

breakfast

slice of toast and diet hot choc





lunch

8 pieces of brown rice salmon and avocado sushi

venti frappucino light



snack

lots of sweeties



dinner

vegetable tagine with lots of veg

two slices of wholemeal bread

muller light yogurt



snack

75g bar of chocolate

another diet hot chocolate



total- 2200 cals



im trying to maintain for the time being... i am a little over 5-5 and weigh about 129 pounds



ive walked a bit and went for a 15 min run......Have i eaten terribly ? i dont want to gain weight?

You need to boost the protein and fiber. This isn't much at all.



lunch

The sushi looks okay. The frappucino probably has a lot of sugar.



snack

Lots of veg is good! You need to add more protein though. Dairy is good too. It has protein in it but not enough for a whole meal such as dinner. Make sure your yogurt doesn't have too much sugar.

And more sugar. You need to cut down on the sugar.

You're doing all right. Just more veg, more protein and instead of all those sweets, eat lots of fruit.

it depends if you normally eat all of those sweets, if you do then u wont gain the weight

thats more than i would eat in a day i am 5'7 140lbs
there isn't a chance you'll gain weight on that.
You should eat something healthier, Fray Bentos do a lovely range of pies.
well, i don't really know a lot about dieting, but if you lose the chocolate, it would definitely help. substitute the sweets and diet hot chocolate for healthier snaks (fruit, smoothies, non-salted nuts, dry low-fat cereal, etc) too, and u should be fine...
you'll probably be okay.

if a person reads or whatches tv then they burn 1200 calories

so youre burning calories when youre doing nothing.
wow. Thats almost one whole pound you gained in one day
