i woke up really late so no breakfast
lunch
2 slice wholemeal bread with organic carrot dip spread and organic turkey slices and cucumber
coffee light frappuccino
snack
80 g chocolate minstrels
dinner
chickpea, beans, vegetable and couscous tagine
organic fat free green tea frozen yogurt ( sweetened with agave
nectar)
a nectarine
snack
big bag of sweet pop corn
i know a lot of sugary snacks
what do you thinkHow was my eating today... total crap?
Oh...I think we can let you off with those sugary snacks, after all, you are quite a sugar snack yourself ^_____^
Dont miss breakfast. it really is the best time to eat. Your body and brain depend on fuel. You'll think better if nothing else.
Plus, I'm no fan of popcorn (total yuck) but if you like that kind of stuff... No fruit yet though... grab an apple if you want to really impress. ;)
It's not that bad really, even with the chocolate. Add Breakfast and I'd eat the same things (except the popcorn).How was my eating today... total crap?
Its all pretty healthy except for the chocolate and popcorn, instead of those try eating some fruits. :)
