Was my diet all right today?

berries and pro biotic natural yogurt

with agave nector on top

you should maybe have some real food for breakfast and more veggies...but other than that great. :)
Yes ^^ But you should eat a bigger breakfast , I heard u can lose weight if you eat a big breakfast than not eat breakfast at all.Was my diet all right today?
it sounds fine, your focus is mainly on the fruit %26amp; veg, and organic stuff i think more than anythin else.. that's good or so they say
