What are some good tips that you can give me before having an interview for a job?

I need good Q and A's! I am going to be interviewed for the New England Aquarium and they will be asking me a series of questions! Questions like what are your strengths and weaknesses! I hate questions like those because I am never familiar with weakness. Examples would be appreciated. Thank you!What are some good tips that you can give me before having an interview for a job?
Hey, I have an interview Monday and have been preparing myself. They will ask you things like why you want to work there. You could say that you respect the company, and enjoy going there, the staff are always friendly and you want to be a part of that, etc. . . As for strengths and weaknesses, I don't know you so I'll use myself as an example. I would say my strengths are; good at working as part of team (this is an important one!) and how I am good at supporting and encouraging other members of staff in the team when they may need help, being confident and friendly i.e. you know how to provide good customer service, you may say you have a good memory (if you get told a list of things to do for example and have to remember), loyalty and being committed, etc. . . I'm sure that will get you going. Weaknesses are hard, and I don't know what I'm going to say for mine yet! I have found this though. It might help you, good luck!
