What meat can I serve with a fish dish at a dinner party?

I've got 10 people for dinner on Saturday, one of whom is pregnant (no shell fish, goats cheese, raw eggs), another who is on a dairy and gluten free diet (to help her MS symptoms, not just a fussy person!) and two who don't like mushrooms. My current plan is to cook Jamie Oliver's tray roasted sea bass with bacon wrapped bundles of asparagus (or the cod %26amp; pancetta alternative if asparagus isn't in season). But I'd like a chicken dish to serve too. Maybe chicken tagine? Any suggestions?

I think I'm just used to making curries when I'd expect to do lamb, chicken, prawn and veg dishes, but decided its time to broaden out! What meat can I serve with a fish dish at a dinner party?
I vote for Chicken Kiev. It meets the dietary requirements of all but one of your guests, and it would be a nice complement to the fish dish you are planning.

Alternatively, a simple stuffed and roasted chicken might be a good choice as well. If you stuff it with rice it's dairy and gluten free.

It sounds like a lovely meal, have a great time.

I owned a pub for many years and one of our most popular dishes was a chicken dish made like a curry but much milder and orange juice was added. We sold ten's of thousands of that meal.
