Seems fine. I used to be a health nutritionist, but I must say, cut the carbohydrates, and skinny cappucino, well, try to have one every 2-3 days. Look at the ingredients!!!
My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

Shes lost over 13 pounds already, most of the weight went from her tummy, hips, bottom and thighs. Apparently the Acai Berry flushes all the waste out your system and cleanses your body of toxins and bacteria.

She got her own supply for free too, only had to pay a few dollars for shipping.

Here's their site if you want to check it out: http://tr.im/h5WpIs my diet really bad?
I say it may have too much coffee in it...sounds pretty good. You may want to eat more calories on the days you work out to maintain your weight and not lose it. And add something in the morning. Suggestions- whole wheat english muffin, banana, %26amp;/or yogurt.

And maybe add a pita or something to the lunch.
your diet is realy good

all i eat is chrisps and chips and chicken nuggets and burgers lol

and im realy skinny so yano it explains all

you shouldnt change ur diet it looks like you have everything balanced out :) x
Hey i dont know if your going to check this question again but i would really love to talk and hear your story with eating disorders and i'll share mine i think you could help me.
You definitely don't need to lose weight, but you should add in something healthy for breakfast. A skinny cappucino is not considered breakfast. I have been a personal trainer for over eight years and one habit that I have noticed many overweight/obese people share is that they skip breakfast. It is not the best habit to have, even if it is not outwardly adversely effecting you now. Plus, you may be suprised if you do start eating a healthy breakfast eg. whole wheat toast and some peanut butter, low fat yogurt, egg white omelet, etc. that it might make you feel even better and look even better than you already do. You won't gain weight by adding in the extra calories to your morning routine because by equally spacing out your calories you will be revving up your matabolism. Besides you seem like you are eating quite lite.

Re. your workout you are neglecting your upper body.
