2-3 times a week i go for a twenty minute run and on some days i do 50-100 sit ups and some squats. i walk a bitHealthy diet or not....?

My girlfriend tried all sorts of different diets and products, most without success. Her friend let her try out a new Acai Berry product she was using and she now swears by it.

No I don't think you have anything to worry about if you exercise. The only problem(s) would be all the coffee you're drinking, the caffeine is not healthy, and even if it says "low fat" or the equivalent, it can still have a lot of sugar or other unhealthy components. Plus the snacking late at night is unhealthy, and popcorn is not good for you.
i think that diet is wayyy to extreme cause i think u will become anorexic if u do that. just eat normally and exercise it'll work out.
