Was my diet all right today?

breakfast



skinny cappuccino





lunch

courgette, aubergine, onion and celery stir fried with spray olive oil and soy sauce and ground ginger.



loads of grapes and a peach



snack

80 g minstrels

Espresso light frappuccino



dinner



chickpea and couscous and vegetable tagine



berries and pro biotic natural yogurt

with agave nector on top

Wow you eat very healthily, the only problem is the breakfast (like the others have said) try and eat something, even if it's small as it will stop you from getting hungry and snacking on unhealthy things before lunch (even though your not unhealthy) and also you drink quite a lot of coffee and you'll be surprised how many calories are in cappuccino's etc depending on whether you bought them from a coffee shop or made it at home. But as your diets so good otherwise i wouldn't suggest cutting it out as you don't need to, it all sounds good to me well done =D

but give yourself some toast, or cereal at breakfast, jumpstart that metabolism for the day, much better than skipping it ;) xoWas my diet all right today?

eat breakfast. its jump starts your metabolism and you'll burn more calories through out the day. but other than that sounds yummy
