i woke up really late so no breakfast
lunch
2 slice wholemeal bread with organic carrot dip spread and organic turkey slices and cucumber
coffee light frappuccino
snack
80 g chocolate minstrels
dinner
chickpea, beans, vegetable and couscous tagine
two slice of whole meal bread with cucumbers on top
organic fat free green tea frozen yogurt ( sweetened with agave
nectar)
a nectarine
snack
big bag of sweet pop corn
i know a lot of sugary snacks
what do you thinkHow was my eating today... total crap?
sounds good, a little bit of sugary/salty snacks today, but hey every girl craves stuff like that.
i can say you did good today, but you need more than that, you need to be writing down these calories, if your doing that and you know you didn't go overboard on your calorie intake/goal, then you'll feel good.
i have a notebook and i use that as my food diary, i write down every calorie i put in my mouth.
(accept when i go to a restaurant...or something..i just try to watch what i eat their..)How was my eating today... total crap?
I think its good I couldnt do it I was trying to eat healthy today im on a bikini diet :( but I caved.
TOday I ate:
-Woke up late no breakfast
-Lunch - krusty roll with lettuce, cumcumber, red onion, cheese, ham and coleslaw
-Dinner- 5 baby potatoes,carrots and celery, cauliflower (I hate it with out cheese sauce :() and a small chop
-3 cups of tea with 5 teaspoons of sugar altogether :O
-half a caramel square
-timeout
o dear that sounds bad you should be pleased :)
