a pearWould this be very unhealthy to eat everyday?
No it's not healthy. To have a coffee for breakfast is really not setting you up well for the day and that's the most important meal because you don't wanna be starving before lunch cos then you'll gorge. I'd also use the calories from the bag of chocolate for something that will fill you up more. You'll find you'll need it by that stage of the day. Same story with the popcorn.
Also, you NEED to vary your diet from day to day so this is ok for once or twice a week but you need to come up with a few other plans for the rest of the week.
wait wait.... pop corn??! do u know how many cals does it got, ppl sometimes missunderstood health with diet, and diet with healthy, for example organic doestn mean light, its healthy of course .... but... many times FULL of sugar... or with honey that gots more calories than the sugar.... chocolateS??? so... what about the skinny cap... if u r eating chocolates that got more calories that all the other stuff that u r eating on a day together... why dont you start with special k with skim milk....tuna... with salad and change your bag of chocolate for a musli bar or something similar.... and the pop corn... for cereal... that sounds right to me... ( note that wholemeal bread and cereal) ... a regular fat free yogurt got 140 cals... a nestle diet got 70... just to let you know...Would this be very unhealthy to eat everyday?
Cut out the chocolates, eat some fruit and eat a proper breakfast instead! I would think that you are more likely to get bored than unhealthy! The caffeine my also make you edgy what about fruit juice or water?
