Just buy them a day or two before at the pier, there shouldn't be any problem
Go about a half an hour before the first boat sails and you should be able to get tickets to board that boat. I did it a few years ago with no advance reservations. It was a fun day.Where can i find last minute tickets for Alcatraz Tour between july 13th and 18th ?
You can buy the tickets right at the wharf where the boats leave from! Have fun!
