I see numerous commercials for Disney Cruise lines....I want to take my daughter next year when she will be 4. Is there really enough stuff for a 4 yr old to do on that cruise for 3 or 4 days??? I would hate to take her if shes too young to really enjoy the experience Comments from ppl who have actually gone on a Disney Cruise is much appreciated!!!Disney Cruise line....?
I just returned from a 4 day cruise on the Disney Wonder.

Your daughter will have a great time, there is so much for her to do! My 8 year-old now wants to go on a longer cruise!

There are Disney characters everywhere. First-run Disney movies, shows just for kids. There is the Oceaneers club just for kids. Two different pools, games, etc all for kids. In addition, there in one day on Castaway Cay, a beach that has every activity from snorkeling, water slides, and organized kids activities.

The restaurants all have kids menus so we got to dine in nice places and the kids had fun also. She made many friends on board also.

My daughter was busy the entire cruise, we could not stop her!

Take the 4 day cruise, the 3 day is too short.Disney Cruise line....?
Your daughter would have a fantastic time on the DCL. The new ship - Disney Dream - comes out next year with even more things for young children. They have replicas of Andy's Room from Toy Story to Pixie Hollow from Tinkerbell:

Pixie Hollow - Inspired by the series of Tinkerbell movies, this fun interactive space transports children to the magical world inhabited by fairies. A pixie dust tree stands in the corner of the room, with glittering lights twinkling among its leaves, and fun acorn and mushroom stools are sprinkled about for children to sit on. This endearing and tranquil environment is designed for dress-up play, individual craft projects and storytelling sessions.

Andy's Room - Inside this vibrantly-colored room, the world of Disney鈥ixar's Toy Story comes to life. Children feel toy-sized, because everything around them is built large scale. Throughout this space, kids can play with larger-than-life characters from the animated film, including Rex the dinosaur, Hamm the piggy bank and Mr. Potato Head. This room also features a huge Slinky Dog structure that kids can climb through.

I am sure that your daughter would enjoy being able to act as if she is on set. As well as a fantastic Oceaneer club, all Disney Cruise ships offer the chance to have an intimate experience with Disney Characters. I remember when I was aboard the characters spent a lot of time with us and offered posses and photo opportunities that could not happen at any of the parks. My younger brother was 3 at the time and he had a blast. I would highly recommend Disney Cruise ships to anyone.
