Besides the fact that the Wonder does 3 or 4 night cruises and the Magic does mainly 7 night cruises, the ships are basically the same. Their layouts are almost the same, however their decor/theme is different.
Magic is Art Nuevo
Wonder is Art Deco
Magic's fancy dinning room is Lumiere's and is Beauty and the Beast.
Wonder's fancy dining room is Triton's and is underwater themed.
Magic's main buffet is called Topsiders
Wonder's main buffett is called Beach Blanket
Magic has a statue of Mickey in the Atrium
Wonder has a statue of Ariel in the Atrium.
On deck 2 on the Wonder there are conference rooms, on the Magic it is a children's area.
The Magic's adult area is called Beat Street
The Wonder's adult area is called Route 66
The differences are really minimal. Have a good time on your cruise!!
Just the names. One may be a little newer than the other. They are just like all of the other cruise line ships, each has their own name but they are basically the same. Every time they build a new ship, it gets its own name. Some have different destinations but many travel the same places. Some leave from different ports.
